Update...

Today is February 5th,

I am not really following a "diet", other than no rice, no pasta, no potato, no junk.
I have been walking at least 5 times a week and I now have lost 2" off my waist. I am still not really losing weight, but thats ok. My body fat is still about 29% but thats ok too because I really am losing the fat in the middle like I wanted. I can see it and I can feel it. I am so excited for summer, becuase by then the flabby mushroom middle should be gone.

Is anyone doing this yet? Please let me know if you are and if it's working for you!
