Day 9 - Meal 1, 2, 3 and 4

Meal 1 - Bacon, Hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee.

Meal 2- An orange/pineapple smoothie.

Meal 3 - Bowl of fresh peppers

Meal 4 - Broiled flounder with broccoli


I always drink water through the day..so I am not going to note it on everything more.
