Today is veggie and salad only day! So whenever I am feeling hungry I am going to eat from this list:
Lettuce,
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Green Beans
Celery
Carrots
Broccoli
Zucchini
Squash
Peppers
Oh don't forget to drink LOTS of water...
Did you know that sometimes hunger pains are really your body saying it needs water?
So drink some water first, then eat....
