Day 5 - Meals 1,2, 3 and 4

Meal 1 - For breakfast I snacked on some cashews and peanuts. I had my morning coffee too :).

Meal 2 - fresh fruit, an apple and a couple oranges off my tree. A bottle of water

Meal 3 - Broiled flounder with a bottle of water.

Meal 4 - Bowl of fresh green and red peppers, no dressing. A bottle of water.
