Day 4 - Meal 1, 2, 3 and 4

Meal 1 - More hard boiled eggs with some peanuts soon after. I surprisingly felt full again. Add in my morning coffee

Meal 2 - Tuna sandwich on fresh rye with lettuce and tomato. Bottle of water.

Meal 3 - 4 pieces of bacon and 3 turkey slices.

Meal 4 - 1 chicken breast and a bottle of water.
