Now I really wasn't out to lose much weight, but I want to lose the fat pouch on my midsection. I think the result I achieved are fantastic!
* Almost 2" off my mid-section
* 3% loss of body fat
I am happy with the results...
I am going to continue eating as the plan suggests. I will not post every day meals right now, but I will update my progress.
I will NOT be eating rice, pasta, potatoes or junk foods!
I will stick to basic meats, very little breads, lots of veggies and fruits. Lots of water and a little wine here and there.
How long will it take to lose the midsection completely? Check back and see....
I really think the cost of the program is well worth it. It is working for me. So try it with me and post your results for others to see!
