Ok day 11 is here.
Meal 1- Scrambled eggs and coffee.
Meal 2- Some sharp cheese and a some Triskets. Glass of milk
Meal 3- 2 fresh grapefruits
Meal 4- Mixed nuts: cashews and peanuts. (They are filling believe it or not)
I guess if you drink a lot of water, you get full easier?!
