Today is day 1 of the Fat Loss diet.
Just so you know, I am not considered obese or very over weight. But I did have 3 kids and over the years, my midsection has developed what people call a mushroom cap. Its a pocket of fat that hangs over your pants and therefore looks like a mushroom. I can pinch about 3 inches on my belly.
So you all might think "Oh she doesn't need to lose weight" or "Big deals she just needs to lose a little". But think about it, the last 10 pounds is always the hardest to lose. It really isn't a weight issue for me, it that mushroom cap in my midsection that really depresses me. Yes, I could have a tummy tuck or lipo, but I really don't want to go to that extreme.
That's my motivation for this diet. Lets press on.
So here are my measurements for day 1:
Weight: 133.5 lbs.
Body Fat: 32%
Midsection: 36"
R-Thigh: 20"
L-Thigh: 19 3/4"
R-Arm: 11 1/4"
L-Arm: 11.5"
